Kensho and Satori has inspired me to “be instead of do” and I hope to share my voice and stories with all of you. Mindvalley Academy and Vishen Lakhiani, inspired me with the story of Kensho and Satori, growth through pain and/or insight. This story gave me an awakening of sorts, to the insight that is available simply by looking within, and devoting time each day to personal growth.
This simple gesture of self-love, has shifted my life forward, and I am proud to share the transformation of my life into greatness, simply with recognition and gratitude, and the realization I am enough, and so are you!
